Hip Dips :-

Hip dips are very popular nowadays, everyone just tries to do tha but today we will give some tips on how to do it,

1 Start with a low plank positions with your body in a the straight line ,your elbows bent and under your shoulder and your feet hip-width apart from your body.

2 Move  your hips to the right and dip your body almost to the floor.

3 Repeat  the starting position and repeat on the left side.  stop you wants.
